The truth? These are all the same judges who have ruled against JL in over 80 cases....so what "truth" from the judges are you talking about????
So the truth Barrick has won every case against JL yet Barrick is selling off all of their equipment in Chile and are doing a massive exit plan. They have told the union that their jobs are gone. So Barrick has won all cases yet their actions state that they have lost and will not ever mine Pascua in Chile. This really does not sound right now does it . So this is your truth, Hmmmmmm.......
The BCSC has no clue and this is why in open hearing they stated that they KNEW nothing about the exhorts or subpoenas to go to Chile. They lied at their own hearing, yup they sure do play by the rules. So therrefore they already know the truth and are terrified because they have been supporting Barrick all along. Even the email of Dec 15 where if MSX put out a PR that Barrick owned the rights to Pascua Lama they could trade again. Yup and you trust the BCSC.... LMFAO!!!!!!
The BCSC has lied, cheated and stole through this whole sorted affair and now have no clue what to do. Now the BC Government and the Minster of Finance is involved.
The BCSC knows full well that all of the documents are relevevant to the case and that is why they are lying. That is why they hired a lawyer in Chile to get them out of the problem. They are doing everything they can not to go to Chile because they are guilty and complicite. If they weren't they would go to try and end this and maybe find out the real reason WHY Barrick has abandon Pascua in Chile
