The dividend issue is JUST A RUMOR! However, a broker buddy of mine who is with Raymond James in Tampa says some of the boiler room guys down there believe a dividend will come with the other PRs. The dividend $$ would be funded BY THE SHORTS. That's where the $$ would come from. Not at all a ridiculous supposition. Any way you look at it, this thing in the 40s, 50s, 60s, etc is a BUY with such a giant short still out there, and PRs starting today. A no-brainer.
