Agree the lawsuit may have put deals on hold. Also hard to anticipate getting sued over money someone willingly handed you. Hope for a quick resolution. On the surface, sounds like LIBE is in the right, but legalize mumbo-jumbo doesn't always get it right but guarantees the lawyers get paid.
