Very interesting twist on that - Oracle and Marketo deals weren't material -- hmmm I think there is something about an 'expectation' of materiality - and given the way the stock price reacted once the news got out I would say that a SAP or Microsoft or Salesforce would be deemed material.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
