This looks like a death nail to me. The death nail actually came long time ago when the company used toxic financing to raise capital that destroyed investors to afford to do routine filings. If a company has good solid fundamentals with good management, they don't need to have people defending them on an penny stock board. Sorry for everyone who has lost $$$$ or is underwater with little hope of getting out green
