WHO is monitoring DBMM using the so called "Elder Force Index" when the stock is barely trading a few hundred bucks a day on average and can't be traded by most reputable brokers? How can you even begin to talk technicals about a stock that barely trades? And the Fundamentals are even worse! This is a stock that has the skull and cross bones warning to anyone thinking of buying shares. And if you are able to figure out a way to buy them, good luck selling them!
