The FB post states it is under LOI, where the latest tweet post states no LOI. Just going right in.

$LIBE No LoI - I've shown the holding co, the finance co, and 2 acquisitions. I have the closing docs in hand, but waiting on proof of funding commitment and proof of offers on two acquisitions. I want 100% due diligence before signing. Those are the "pieces" I'm waiting on.
