Anshu Bhatnagar took over as Chairman and CEO of that company in 2017. He replaced the board, and is now cleaning up the company. He got a huge deal with Disney. He is eliminating their toxic debt, and creating infrastructure.

For those who are still thinking current mPhase management will have a hand in business once the RM takes place, they cannot. The SEC won't allow former management to continue as an officer (based on SEC public responses). Read the transcript and I believe you will feel confident that we have a winner here.
