I just showed my wife John's email and her response:

"It's a email of no substance, casting John as an innocent person who meant no evil and was working as an agent of God. It implies that the SEC are going to charge him for Fraud - and this email tries to counter that, and gain shareholder support before the allegations are made public."

This is the clearest indication yet that John Brown will be prosecuted. He's going to jail, imo.
