So I wonder WHO has the legitimate title to Mina Pascua. Barrick has said from their press releases that they have all of the necessary titles to mine Pascua Lama, yet their quarterly says they are leaving Chile to tunnel mine from Argentina.So it would appear that they don't have the necessary paperwork to mine Chile. Hmm I wonder if the SEC, BCSC or the OSC have caught onto this yet. If they do will they do anything about it.
Now JL says that he has title to go mine Mina Pascua but does not have the money to do a start up operation. I am always confused by that because in my mind start small and work up. Especially the fact that they call this the gold mountain and all of the gold is close to the surface or just below. I mean how much money does it take to start small?
I also know that their have been posters in the past that says JL does not own any titles and cant mine. Yet JL is still fighting and Barrick is leaving. This is a very interesting concept.......
I wonder what the titles that MTStack posted that JL has but apparently owe money on. I was told that those were the Mina Pascua titles in JL's name. Oh what a tangled web we weave...........
