My CPA advised me years ago to stay away from OTC Penny Stock Scams. He said the arena was rife with scammers and bad actors. Consequently, I never bought USEI. My CPA offered some good, honest advice and I took it.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
