These guys are diluting because they cant get loans FROM the financial industry. They arent bankers looking to steal your money with some shady financial magic trick like a default swap. They are trying to grow and sell marijuana globally and be the best at it. They are diluting to get an early jump on market share before major lenders start pumping into the marijuana industry imo
