Come on folks...
let's get real and be adults here.

There has been one plan replacing another plan
for over 10 years !!!

NOTHING has EVER gotten past the "new plan" stage.
GETH has a lender that isn't able (or willing) to
lend money.
Always an excuse as to why the current plan NEVER
has become actionable.

Time to face it.....in my opinion, the plan has
always been to lead investors on; grab our dollars
and keep stringing us along with no intention or
capability to actually DO ANYTHING.

Just plain wrong....
