Adding things up somewhat differently, I'm seeing

EBITDA remains unchanged as stated. But extremely important to us as unitholders with stakes in the company's past---due to debt on the books, cash flow being generated currently (today is the present) and expectations believably deserving of being anticipated without benefit of rose colored glasses-----this is absolutely and therefore undeniably huge as it sates that NGL is on a sustainable course moving towards increasing profitability.

The key for me in this? Despite all the massive changes wrought by senior management, we remain solidly locked in to goals deemed worthy of pursuit. We are no longer a company dependent upon weather-related conditions allowing for surprisingly painful disappointments as has been the case for two years running---plus. We have a program and we have a plan.....simple as that. And now we focus on execution.

When the cookie crumbs settle and dust begins to clear away, I believe our units will begin to move forward.

There's a linchpin some will not recognize, probably:

The deposit of the propane sales monies coming from Superior are recorded as having taken place in June but application of said cash didn't happen until July! This means that the numbers reflected in reported actions have yet to be fully recognized on the books. I'm somewhat surprised by this as it demonstrates huge balance sheet shifting. And factoring in that something like $125 millions was committed to water and other asset add-ons---this, out of $1.1 BILLION tells me how sweepingly dramatic the bottom line enhancements will be!

It will take time for the investment community to pull this together but I'm very much liking what I'm seeing---no surprises to the downside, room for confusion on the part of us observers, but greater than ever opportunity to prosper thru NGL ownership.

I'll be studying the report daily for weeks and nightly I'll be spending time on the transcript of the CC coming up in ninety minutes.

At this juncture, there's much to like.

Thank you Justin---for highlighting things for everybody!
