Ummmm... actually....... no....according to the agreement you signed with MSX..... that is readily available on the net.......... if you did not provide clear and clean title then the money was to be refunded...not by Barrick or the BCSC.... but byYOU! I know you blew all the money.....but you will pay for your crimes....in jail....watch and learn.
