The company is called Scepter. It is a private non-ferrous metal company looking to go public. All that I could find was that they are currently profitable. They also plan on buying their parent company in China once the deal is complete.

We do know about the guy who owns scepter - he also runs RBIZ. That company has been doing pretty well.
