No one knows.
There is no "other level."
This thing looks ugly from all angles.
In it's hay day the speculation was just stupid on all "levels."

People actually bought into the pump that Microsoft was going to buy COWI. Then COWI lost its gold preferred vendor status with Redmond and things only got worse after that.

COWI shares are, were and shall always be nothing but supplemental income for Floyd et al.

Drink up the OTC pinky CEO elixir kiddies.
