The stock has been heavily shorted at .0001 (and higher). If the stock were to continuously close above .0001, it could be bad for the shorters who had expected mPhase to simply go out of business. They would likely need to buy back the stock to cover. It is called a short squeeze because as they buy all the .0002's and the stock starts closing at .0003's they start messing with other shorters who shorted in the .0002's who then take out the 3's trying to cover their position...

Short squeezes don't happen very often, but when they do, it is a pretty thing if you own shares. TESLA just had better than expected earnings and went from 300ish to 345ish in a day.

I would like to see .0003 before the deal goes through to see what happens here. Could be fun.
