I kinda disagree! On the other hand, why doesn't BIEL just leverage their manufacturing demands, and their advertising needs, as well? I would think, with the revenue returns generated by effective ads, BIEL would be able to make good on its debts in pretty short order. By diluting as it has in the past, and apparently still doing, is only stagnating the PPS. I can understand anyone's aversion towards accumulating debt, but sometimes manageable debt can be a strong ally. That's my Take!!
