YOU DON'T BUY CERTS TO TRADE...THEN THE SHARES IN THE DTC IS IMO...THE FLOAT...CAN WE AGREE ON THAT???


IF THAT IS SO THEN THE FLOAT HAS IMO HAS GONE DOWN SINCE THE LAST COUNT OF 6/7/17!!!
