Its my understanding, insider already owns stock to the tune of 111,795,880 SHARES, per Form 4 filed. I seen that was posted on this board a few days ago. Isn't that half the OS.

That was some time ago but apparently still has those shares. That's a lot of shares to be holding. Even based on the current measly share price is over $220,000. Imagine if this was trading over a dime how much those shares would be worth. $11 million bucks.

IDK, this stock is somewhat perplexing, but intriguing enough to hold a few shares and wait. If I knew more about what was going on, if anything, I might be inclined to buy more rather than just have this on the radar.
