Well I think that was a poor choice of wording and even worse choice to decide to answer that question if not going to give full disclosure.

Its quite obvious all the parties currently involved in ANDI were all seated around the round table when this play/plan was hatched many months before the merger/acquisition was announced.

The best I can tell this plan started about July 2017/ shortly after that date starting August 1st is when LG Capital started getting shares for funding to the company

Many want to say the dillution was the old ANDI but yet in the same breath these same people will tell you that Utopya was created in about July 2017 :) And that Owen has been in control for a long time before the merger, all those share issuances were for funding to get everyone set up to launch the ANDI play :)
