Your points are well taken – I’m also sure that there is much going on behind the curtain that we are not privy to - the PPS spring has been compressed way too tight for way too long.

I also believe (and Missling has alluded to this) that dealing with big-government bureaucracy has cost the company a great deal of time – I think we could/should be much further down the trial-path at this point in time.
