Again, we have no more shares IN VALUE today than before the merger with WMIH and NSM combined. The physical number of shares increases but the value per share decreases and so it is the SAME thing. THE PE is exactly the same. The MARKET CAP is exactly the same.

Why can't you understand this basic concept in investing? I guess that you are used to buy penny or dollar stocks that are "cheaper" than hundred dollar stock. I bet that you never own a stock like AAPL or AMZN or NFLX because they are too "expensive".
