Unless I am missing something...

The debentures they just sold will be proportionally affected despite the fact that they just bought them? Since the free trading shares are at 17 million, and this total includes restricted shares, street name shares, and warrants and options. What is the real gain? Why would those that run the company agree to this? Further research is needed for sure.
