I asked the following question: Is it legal to grow crops in canopy space that was planted BEFORE the temporary license expired, but which has now expired before those crops have been harvested?
Their reply: No, that is not legal. Any operation must be done while licensed.
My Comments: Basically it seems that SIGO cannot legally have more than 5,000 sq. ft. of plants growing at any time, since that is the maximum that is allowed on their one remaining active cultivation license.
So presumably they do not currently have any plants growing in Bays 3, 4, 5, or 6. However, once Bay 1 has been harvested they can either replant Bay 1 or use another Bay if they wish. Same goes for Bay 2. They cannot replant their second Bay legally until Bay 2 is harvested.
This also means that Instagram pictures showing plants growing in more than two Bays are either "fake" or are being grown illegally.
