1.7 b were already sold in 2011 -2013 as convertible note shares

and then buy converted them in to common shares

in 2014 and part of 2015 only 800,0000,000 were sold out of the 1.2b that were letf after that buyers converted

all on the up and up

just because you were not looking at the convertible note does not make it wrong
