Not necessarily correct. Their last tranche could be up to 33k worth, converting at the discount of .0009, giving them ~36M shares. Thats why a date of conversion would be helpful to get an estimate of L2Cap's remaining shares. The recent downward pressure is almost assuredly from the last tranche, so we are soooooooooo close!
