That's interesting stuff. Buffett usually stays pretty fully invested. He doesn't try to time the market because he's yet to find anyone (in his 60 years of looking) who could regularly do that. And being out of the market at bottoms is about the worst mistake an investor can make, in his opinion.

Put another way: "The More You Trade The More You Lose."

But there can be exceptions... LOLOL
