I notice you have been on the board for quite awhile, but apparently you haven't understood what the market makers are doing. Two minutes after you said 0.0022 to 0.0028, did you really believe there wouldn't be millions of shares traded between 0.0023 and 0.0028? Market makers make money on each trade and it is in their best interest to have shareholders believe that there is going to be a massive jump between 0.0023 and 0.0028. I hate to see market makers taking advantage of investors by putting out false L2 quotes. As you saw, the ask went to 0.0023 with 1,500,000 on the ask. Then with a 500,000 share buy, the market makers raised the bid to 0.0024. L2 is not to be trusted.
