July 5, 2018 - 3,849,270,211 CS shares outstanding
May 21, 2018 - 3,797,058,506 CS shares outstanding
April 16, 2018 - 1,894,397,541 CS shares outstanding

And if you add in the impact of the Series A Preferred shares...it is really 4 BILLION ISSUIBLE SHARES in the past 3 months alone.

A 40% reduction of issuible shares (out of 10,000,000,000) is horrific dilution!!
