If that's the reason MJ, I am ALL FOR IT! What you state makes perfect sense. I could see this price adjustment, as the result of negotiations behind the scenes with Bayer. Is this ANOTHER sign that this deal with BAYER might be ---- what's the word? ----'imminent'???!!!
