As history of this great company shows only one thing didn't happen til now.
RGBP already had some toxic funding. Massive dilution for RGBP happened as result of this (RGBP once started with only 50M shares autorized)
Meanwhile HemaX since 3 years is collecting dust on the shelve and still no money for Phase 1 trials and worst than that ... there's no intention for anything related to HemaX or DcellVax.
Because history repeats itself i would place my bets rather on more toxic funding and massive dilution than on any sustainable outcome from RGBP
