Thanks for the advice for AMPG. May the Lord richly bless us & our mental Health.
P.S. Who is person buying typ. 200-500 shares of AMPG near/or at closing bell (4PM EST) - to drive up the shareprice to max/Ask price?
I used todo that when was a kid on stock market, until I realized.... never mind that :)
Buying a couple shares to drive-up pps was my great idea I stumbled upon back when I owned huge amount of AMPG & opened a new account on TDAmeritrade with 600 FREE Trades, so it cost em nothing. I bought 1, 1, 1, single shares per trade repeatedly. Other folks copied me after i posted the effect of buying a SINGLE (1) share of AMOG on OTC market at closing bell to drive up AMPG price, on a public Board. I was eager to return to 11-15 cents at LEAST, not to mention 84+ cents/share AMPG was when I terminated involvement with AMpliTech.

The effect works even with buying ONE (1) share, so often no need for 200 or 500. That idea however is a smoke-screen, a psychological trick to feel good at the end of trading day knowing PPS was driven up by me to Ask price - often to end day supposedly "w/o loss" or minimize loss.
But it's an illusion, It works dueto OTC mechanism, where respectable U.S. companies doNOT trade, the exception are respectable foreign companies which do trade on OTC as the costs to list on NYSE, NASDAQ or such are high for foreigners, example is Nissan Motor Corp, a huge corporation yet trading by OTC.
Anyways, the past few months someone copied my behavior & buys 200-500 shares of AMPG near closing bell (occasionally in mid-day) just to drive up PPS to sk price.
It is however an illusion. Imaginary & it behaves this way dueto EXTREME, repeat EXTREME, scarcity of $ Liquidity for a particular stock typically OTC or PinkSheets-listed. In plain language means very few people are trading that particular stock so you alone can drive its price up & down instantly by a single (1) share trade. But, next day or uin the end - you end up with lower price anyway as other people keep dumping it and you're looking at an ever increasing position with shallow worth.

I'll be back later, need to see my mental Therapist & Parole Officers at 6PM.
