.... why the stock has fallen so dramatically....

You fail to mention the one single most important item that directly contributed to the sharp SP drop, causing share saturation into the market, exceeding the demand... incessant shorting and naked shorting for over three months. The stock was on the REGSHO list every week during that period. An aggressive assault to insure supply exceeded demand.... period. There were days when wash sales occurred to cover the fails to deliver, so that the attack could continue unabated. Shorts were calling brokerages requesting shares to cover and brokerages were contacting long shareholders requesting to loan their shares. If this had not occurred, the SP could have held and some weak short timers would not have sold as well. The volume during the SP rise pales in comparison to that during the drop.

The software upgrade to V2 allowing large scalability, all touch point API's, across all platforms, across all social media, AI, full analytics, improved GUI...FAR EXCEEDS...what Nfusz had before when operating as a mom and pop shop. Who wants that? We're past the experimental test stage for the notifi platform and now have new products. We know what was going on during the first four months of this year, the focus for the company and software changed.

No one knows if Oceanside, Reddy or any PP's have sold. All we know is the float went up, not due to dilution but rather shares shifted over from the OS portion that was restricted. The OS has actually gone down. Kodiak's 5.2 million went immediately over to the float months ago, but who knows if they've sold. Even if Oceanside, Reddy and Kodiak are done, all of those shares were absorbed in the last 4-5 weeks, by longs, leaving the SP much more susceptible to MAJOR move to the upside. No dilution, no toxic holders remaining, no debt. When news is released, who's selling? Certainly not the ones who've held through the past year and loading up over the past few months..... they're holding for multiple dollars.
