Their main current problem is they are struggling to know how to grow the customer base and yeah management definitely needs a lesson or two in how to achieve good consumer growth and become a mainstream company. The legal gloves are off now with the recent gov decisions so they have no excuse as to why not to join the major leagues in how to sell hemp products to the mainstream.

the privately held CBD companies, the competition, has already figured this out and that is why they are dominating the industry, online searches, and ever strengthening their brand names and product reputations while HLT continues to fiddle around in the back of the field with referrals, facebook, email blasts, rarely watched youtube videos and the hokey new individual sellers plan their recent press release mentioned. all of which is fine but should be secondary focuses for revenue or new customer sources.

competition is becoming evermore fierce... HLT needs to get real and work way harder to grasp their dwindling market share and brand reputation online. Because both from the stagnant year over year earnings as well as a lack of the brand being featured in the major CBD review websites as well as still a lack of showing in natural search results. It seems things are in a serious decline that needs to be rectified ASAP for the important growth that is needed to occur.
