I agree they are not unique. Can’t ever trust these management teams. Too much easy money for them to make at the shareholder’s expense.

Taking your two points into consideration, if we adjust for them both the loss goes down from $32mm to $10mm (after $18mm R&D + $4mm to Kowa this Q). Still a sizeable loss.

Reminds me of DNDN. They’d sell $300mm a year or so but just could not eek out a profit. Eventually they went chap 11, but the year before that the market priced them just below annual sales. If that happens here (say if R-IT fails and some 6 months go by), the pps would be $0.70. That sounds about right (if it fails, of course).
