$BIEL: Stock Statistics/Minimal Dilution

As you all know, Biel updated the share structure on 7/20/2018. The following table shows the amount of shares traded since the end of Q1, month by month, along with the dollar amount and the average price per share (PPS). It also shows the total amount of shares traded along with the dollar amount and the average pps.

While the total shares diluted was 0.47 billion shares, we don't know for sure if these shares were issued as restricted shares or as unrestricted common shares. The reason for this is that this is the first time BIEL recently shared with us the total restricted number of shares. So, to simplify the analysis, we will assume that all shares issued were for unrestricted dilution.

The table below shows that the total number of shares traded between 3/31 and 7/20 was 6.56 billion shares for 19.43 million dollars, out of which 0.47 billion shares were dilution or only 7.2%. This tells us that Biel exercised caution in dilution and was extremely sensitive to retain shareholder value with the knowledge of improved revenue, profitability, and huge deal making in the near future.

In summary, Biel is a lifetime opportunity investment that would eventually benefit significantly those who invest in Biel and don't trade it. Help the company succeed by investing in it. We all know that BIEL with the right amount of money will conquer the world with the Actipatch.
