what if 8K does not show any info on escrows just merger then what is the next theory? LOL

It could be if there are still assets left, WMIH would pay cash for those and eventually the trust will disburse only cash at a later time not allowing the famous S4V theory to happen.

I always knew these BOD %$##@& would not allow us to take a big piece of the pie. I bet they will only give cash distributions when this reaches $20 so we could not make riches.

I would not doubt they give quarterly disbursements so they can make more money off retail and keep screwing us.
