now consider how to change the doctors knowledge and process of deciding what to prescribe.
How would you go about education and changing their mindset?
What information and from whom would doctors responds to to change the way they have worked for decades?
Who do they listen to for this sort of education?

this is IMHO the main road block in the UK, Cananda and soon to be USA.

Even if we can educate the consumer through advertising (social media, and regular media) the prescribing physicians will still not change their ways.
