MYDX filed the complaint to the court for protection by law, this is MYDX right and chose to exercise that right. Control was lost, the CEO of a company that loses control as a result from unlawful actions against the company and CEO is not protected by law. MYDX is within full rights to seek protection, I will let the Jury reach the Verdict.
