One of the key issues is financing/funding. If you were a customer, Mexicans, would you put money down with a company that had no money on their balance sheet? I wouldn't want my money used to build a new product. What if it didn't work, how would I get my money back? That is the problem. The BOD are not doing a very good job of making a decision on the best way to finance this company. They have been working on something since January or earlier that has not been closed yet. So with all these potential orders and great product, why don't they do the math and figure it out. The use of convertible debt with their buddies has made their buddies successful, not the shareholders.
