Comstock continues to add property and water rights to its mining footprint and is nimble enough to take advantage of real estate opportunities in the greater area.

Tonogold has been planning to be producing in the Lucerne underground in 2019 and is currently spending up to 17 million dollars toward that goal.
Production in the Dayton is further off and may involve another joint venture either with Tonogold, which has the right of first refusal, or another mining company.

Until production resumes and is profitable the market is unlikely to show interest.
