I can't make any sense about how LODE's market cap has come this low, does it really just boil down to LODE choosing not to enter production yet? Is that really the one thing driving the price down every day, year by year?

There are mining development companies that do nothing but produce resource reports, such as the national instruments reports which are internationally recognized and verified by outside labs. LODE has plenty of demonstrated reserves and carries a lower market cap than pure development companies do.

Unlike all mining sector development companies LODE has significant property holdings, mining rights, existing and valid permits, proven reserves, it's own production facilities and labs, and working with multiple companies one of which is researching next generation mining tech that seems to actually work.

... I can't piece these things together and understand the market cap.

Can anyone provide concrete and clear reasoning to explain what the problem is here?
