The 8k clearly states he resigned and it was not due to problems / policy issues with LQMT. Why would they word it in that way if they did indeed let him go? There is better ways to phrase it so it’s still professional but gets the point across to the people that actually take the time to read these things if they in fact let him go due to his “performance”. If there was something big coming he would have stuck around.
