It's really pretty simple. CMI has never made any money mining. They are not drilling and have not been drilling. They have never defined a reserve. They are now trading (again) below 20 cents which could result in another reverse split. Look at the trends on any stock analysis site. It's all downhill (great for bicycles but not so great for stocks). What more do you need to know?
