Ah, the beauty of a gagged TA...just the way the company likes it. Stalemate.

However, a funny thing happened. Those who were claiming dilution for the three months before the last Q was reported, did get it correct. But I know that doesn't matter. Even if the company admits to dilution, we'll still hear the sound of "THERE IS NO DILUTION."
