Good Day. We keep getting closer and closer to trial date with a ton of success and validation along the way. Most here believe it will never make it to trial. I suppose the next dates we have to look forward to would be:

Arris will release second quarter 2018 financial results after the market close on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. ARRIS management will also conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET on the same day to discuss these results. ORAL ORDER: Due to a scheduling conflict the Discovery Conference scheduled for 7/31/2018, is CANCELED. The conference is now reset for 8/9/2018, at 2:00 PM in Chambers before Judge Richard G. Andrews.


Somewhere down the line we will also get an update on the appeal for the one Cisco win. I anticipate this won't happen until September / October. We were taken by surprise a week early with the Arris Denial, so hopefully we will see this happen again. This appeal would put nails in an already well shut casket.
