I wish everyone would understand how this works. It is not the company diluting. The company borrows money from a vulture firm that gets convertible stock that is convertible at any time. They are guaranteed to make a return on investment because they can hit the bid and their price is always far below the bid. This will happen in definitely. They have not ever been able to get a conventional loan even when they had $50 million in revenues and $20 million in receivables they still were not able to get a conventional loan. No one will lend this company money. The dilution will happen forever or until they declare chapter 11
