As Xylan, and Ofri said the dilution is from the company. They dump the shares at any price as long as there is a buyer. I think and I hope the company comes out with some PRs addressing the issues of the toxic debt, and the dilution. I talked to Judy a couple of weeks ago and she mentioned that they are at the last stage of gettingn rid of the toxic debt, but she did not rule out continued dilution. She also mentioned that there may or will be PRs about new acquisitions and other PRs in the pipeline.
